“Diane brought sharper questions and a more strategic approach to shaping my pitch.”
“Before working with Diane, I was getting podcast bookings here and there, but it was all inbound. I wanted to be more intentional about growing my presence and expanding awareness of my work—especially to invite new audiences to my Substack.
I’d worked with another booker before, but Diane brought sharper questions and a more strategic approach to shaping my pitch. I also really appreciate her tenacity and creativity—she doesn’t just go through the motions; she’s always thinking about new angles and opportunities.
The best part? Getting booked on shows that actually feel aligned. And reaching listeners outside of my usual ecosystem has made the investment in podcast guesting feel absolutely worth it.”

Your Podcast Guesting Strategist:
Hi I’m Diane,
As an arts and entertainment publicist, I have promoted the careers of extraordinary artists, musicians, actors, filmmakers and events through major media outlets for 20 years.
When I became a coach and podcaster, I discovered that podcast guesting is the fastest way to establish yourself as an authority. I have booked myself over 30 media interviews, conferences, and online summits and secured a 3 part column series in Canadian Musician Magazine.
Now, I’m thrilled to offer podcast booking to my fellow artists, creatives, coaches, experts and speakers.
These are the niches that would make the best fit for my expertise, resources and media contacts:
Performing & Visual Arts: music, actors, dancers, theatre, comedy, photography, filmmaking, painting, fashion, beauty, writing
Business: entrepreneurship, marketing, social media, copywriting
Lifestyle: Confidence, mindset, mental health, alternative health, fitness, nutrition, astrology, tarot, crystal healing, women empowerment, pets and animals

Podcasts Appeared on include The Songwriters Show, How Did You Write That Song?, Living On The B-Side, & Write On Track.
“I love that Diane is so creative in her approach to getting one’s music into the world”
“My latest album is etheric folk-pop and I felt that it needed a non-traditional promotion plan. I worked with Diane as my publicist in the past and her suggestion to start with podcast guesting was intriguing.
Podcasts are wonderful for finding and potentially growing specific audiences interested in the topics I write about such as music and healing. Diane took the time to figure out my messaging and the best story angles to pitch. Podcast interviews are a great way to practice storytelling which helped me better position my music.
Diane’s approach is honest, creative and practical. Plus her branding advice was super helpful.”

How Podcast Guesting Works:
-
Virtual meeting to discuss your media goals, niche and target audience.
-
Together we will craft 3-4 compelling signature topics.
-
I will research podcasts in your niche and narrow the list down to 15-20 to start with.
-
I will craft and send an original pitch to the podcast to have you on as a guest. And follow up to receive confirmation or a pass.
-
You will receive confirmation emails or booking links to schedule and coordinate interviews.
-
This provides you with direct contact with the producer or host to develop relationships.
- I will research and choose another 10 or so podcasts to pitch and repeat the process.
-
This process takes at least 3 months.
-
Then we will pick the next podcasts to pitch and repeat the process for the next 3 months.
-
At 6 months you should have an impressive media page.
